Panning is a unique technique to take impressive pictures. In panning technique we blur out background and try to keep focused on fast moving subject. Fast moving subject could be a person on skateboard or bicycle or in a bus. Panning technique depend on how u manage to keep focus on fast moving subject or Object at low shatter speed.
