Bokeh Basics
Bokeh
In photography, bokeh (originally /ˈboʊkɛ/, /ˈboʊkeɪ/ BOH-kay — also sometimes pronounced as /ˈboʊkə/ BOH-kə, Japanese: [boke]) is the aesthetic quality of the blur produced in the out-of-focus parts of an image produced by a lens. Bokeh has been defined as "the way the lens renders out-of-focus points of light". Differences in lens aberrations and aperture shape cause some lens designs to blur the image in a way that is pleasing to the eye, while others produce blurring that is unpleasant or distracting—"good" and "bad" bokeh, respectively.Watch video tutorial on

Rule of Thirds
Rule of Thirds
The guideline proposes that an image should be imagined as divided into nine equal parts by two equally spaced horizontal lines and two equally spaced vertical lines, and that important compositional elements should be placed along these lines or their intersections. Proponents of the technique claim that aligning a subject with these points creates more tension, energy and interest in the composition than simply centering the subject.Watch video tutorial for better understanding

Depth of Field
Depth of Field
"Focal depth" redirects here. For the seismology term, see Depth of focus (tectonics). The area within the depth of field appears sharp, while the areas beyond the depth of field appear blurry. In optics, particularly as it relates to film and photography, depth of field (DOF), also called focus range or effective focus range, is the distance between the nearest and farthest objects in a scene that appear acceptably sharp in an image. Although a lens can precisely focus at only one distance at a time, the decrease in sharpness is gradual on each side of the focused distance, so that within the DOF, the unsharpness is imperceptible under normal viewing conditions.Video tutorial on Depth of Field

I recall once I bought my 1st DSLR: i used to be annoyed that I couldn’t simply capture what I saw through my view finder.
So I took a short course of Photography from NCA (National College of Arts, Pakistan) to understand Photography. I took me 3 months to understand a little bit of Photography. I created this blog for beginner Photographers to learn and take beautiful pictures.
As photographers, we have a tendency to tend to be visual learners. And it’s my job to create learning photography as straightforward as potential for you. So i asked to myself, “What is possible easiest way to facilitate photographers learn the way to use their cameras?” And that’s specifically what I did.
This Blog is intended to educate Beginner Photographers to take amazing pictures and Understand Photography.
